Our team is our strength at Circle of Hope. Our professionals have over 30 years of combined experience working within the disability support services field. All members are trained by training programs and are certified in first aid, CPR, and relevant compliance checks. This means that participants receive care from people who are trustworthy and skilful and who know about the special needs of our participants.
Personalized Services For Every Participant
Our services are tailored uniquely to meet individual requirements as no two participants are the same. We’ve taken a personalized approach to creating unique support plans and matching participants with the best support workers. Therefore, we provide care that is very close to the participant’s goals, whether these are to improve daily living skills, get out into the community or even work on mental health issues.
Navigation through the NDIS programme
Despite all the complexities, Circle of Hope takes you through it and makes it feel simple. Through our NDIS Plan Assistance service, we assist participants to understand their funding, manage their plans and access the services that they need. And we do this by making sure we’re compliant with NDIS guidelines and we continue to communicate regularly with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) so the participants know what’s going on and have peace of mind.

We hold regular feedback sessions to refine and adapt our services to changing participant needs.
