You might be stressing about which aged provider to pick. With so many options and things to consider, it can be challenging to choose which one is the best.
Here is a tip: don’t just look at what services and how experienced a service provider is. Look at what they offer you off-paper, like their sincerity and how comfortable and safe they make you feel.
Circle of hope services offers all this and more. Every day, we strive to bring a smile to everyone’s faces. Our mission is to help as many elderly people as we can so they can live without any worries.
Types Of Aged Care We Offer
There are three different types of aged care that we offer under the My Aged Care Scheme. It is completely up to you to choose which kind of care you would like to go with.
They are:
- Help At Home
- Short-term Care
- Residential Aged Care Facility
1. Home Care In Yennora
Data shows that more than 50% of senior citizens prefer to ‘age in place,’ meaning they want aged care in their own homes.
We completely understand that and want our seniors to stay independent and comfortable. That is why we also offer flexible services, including in-home care, so you can cherish the home where you have made countless memories while making many more.
Some benefits of home care:
- Better Health & Wellbeing: Studies show that having someone to help you out with daily activities leads to improved medication compliance and mental health.
- Reduced Hospital Visits: Having care at home has proven to lower hospital emergency cases and readmissions significantly.
- Graceful Ageing: Some people feel more comfortable and happier to have care while staying at home.
2. Short-term Care
We also provide care and support services for a set period (it can be a few days or a few months at a time). There are different types of short-term care depending on your needs:
- Short-term restorative care: Designed to help you reverse or slow the difficulties you are having with everyday tasks.
- Transition care: Helps you recover after a hospital stay.
- Respite care: Supports you and your carer by giving you both a break for a short period.
3. Residential Aged Care Facility
Also called aged care homes, these facilities are for those who have a complex medical condition and need ongoing help with everyday tasks or health care.

FAQs
Q: Can I meet the support worker before they start?
A: Of course. We introduce you both before the start of services so you can see if you feel comfortable with them. If it does not feel right, we will find someone else.
Q: Are services available on weekends or evenings?
A: Yes, our times are flexible. The support plan can be made depending on which days and times you would prefer the services (be it seven days or just once a week).
Q: How do I get funding from the government?
A: You begin by registering with My Aged Care (1800 200 422) and getting an ACAT assessment. Once you qualify, a budget will be allocated to you based on your needs and you can choose your package along with your service provider.
