Home Care Packages Canley Heights

It is the little things that make a house feel like home. The delicious scent of your dinner wafting throughout the home, that cute welcome sign hanging by the door, or the worn-out spot across the living room carpet that tells the story of years gone by. Getting aged care does not mean that you have to leave these memories behind. That is why at Circle of Hope, we offer home care packages in Canley Heights so you can comfortably and independently live your life in the home you have cherished for so long, while letting us take care of your needs. What Is The My Aged Care and HCP Scheme? The My Aged care Scheme is a government initiative designed to support the elderly in Australia by funding their aged care needs that they cannot afford on their own. Under this scheme, the government also recently launched the HCP Scheme. It offers home care to those senior citizens who want to live independently in their own houses while having someone to help them out with their daily needs. It is designed for those who have more complex needs than what the Commonwealth Home Support Programme can support. The good news? Circle of Hope is registered under both of these schemes. And we can help you out in any way you require. Why Choose Us?
