You or someone you love might be looking for a service provider who can offer professional home care in Merrylands West.
Well, Circle of hope services is here to lend a helping hand around the house and offer friendly support, where you feel comfortable and happy every day.
Genuine Care
When we say we say that we are the best, we mean it. Here is what you can expect from COH:
- Government Approved Home Care
The Australian government started the My Aged Care Scheme to provide help to the elderly, who are unable to afford aged care services otherwise. They also recently started the initiative of the Home Care Package (HCP) Scheme to offer help to those senior citizens who have more complex needs than what the Commonwealth Home Support Programme can support.
Circle of hope services is registered under both these schemes. This means that our services are government-regulated and hence are of top-notch quality. Furthermore, you don’t have to worry about handling the application process and funding yourself, as we can guide you through everything step by step.
Not only do we offer approved home care in Merrylands West, but we are also NDIS-registered. So, if you or your loved one has aged care
and disability needs, we can help you out with both. This way, you won’t have to juggle between different providers for different needs.
To ensure that you receive only the best care, we have a team on board that is equipped with various skills and expertise. From registered nurses (RN) to Care Planning and Assessment Staff, our people are here to support you with whatever medical or clinical needs you may require.
We offer different types of care (both long and short term). Do you need us once a week? Daily? Permanently? Or only while you recover from a hospital stay? Our timings are flexible depending on when you need us.
We cannot claim to be the best if we cannot prove our trustworthiness. That is why we have a strict clear communication policy, so you are in the loop throughout the process.
Before the start of services, we explain everything upfront, from government funding to any out-of-pocket costs. With us, you don’t have to worry about complicated paperwork or hidden fees.
