Imagine waking up every morning knowing someone is there to support you with everything (no matter how big or small). Whether it is helping around the house, reminding you to take your medication, preparing a warm, comforting meal, or reading the newspaper together.
At Circle of Hope Services, we are fully committed to providing our elderly residents with the care they truly deserve. We understand that for the people of South Granville, aged care isn’t just about ticking boxes; it is about respect, warmth and sincere care – which is what you will find here at COH – and so much more.
Choosing the right provider can feel overwhelming; after all, it involves your or your loved one’s future and happiness. And it often comes down to one thing: trust.
So, why trust us?
We are an approved aged care provider for home care services under the Australian Government’s “My Aged Care” Home Care Packages (HCP) scheme. This is a guarantee that our service is of top quality – you won’t have to worry about a single thing.
To ensure that you receive only the best care, we have a skilled and experienced management team that involves key people with various expertise, skills, and backgrounds.
We give you full clarity on what it will be like going forward with our services. No hidden fees or over-the-top charges. Just us and a promise that you can count on.
Over the years, we have made countless connections and gained a lot of resources.
Want some quiet place to rewind your mind? We know the perfect spot!
Looking to pick up a new hobby or gossip with new friends? We know all the workshops and events held every day in South Granville.
We have a professional team who will ensure that you are well taken care of and that all your needs are met. Everyone who comes here becomes part of the COH family.
We offer four (4) types of home care packages based on your needs, budget and what you are looking for. If you qualify for a home care package, a budget is given to you. It is made up of a contribution from the Australian Government and your own. Together, these funds cover your care services as well as the package management costs to organise and manage your package services.
Here is a quick breakdown of each package:
Package Level | Who It’s For | What We Offer |
Level 1: Basic | Seniors needing simple help at home | Companionship, light cleaning, shopping support |
Level 2: Low-Level | Those needing more regular help, but still independent | Personal care, medication reminders, meal prep |
Level 3: Intermediate | Ideal for those considering but not yet needing residential care | Mobility aids, social outings, clinical checks |
Level 4: High-Level | Seniors with complex health issues | Nursing support, clinical care, complex wound management |
Note: The above list is not exhaustive of our wide range of services. To learn more about which services are included in each package, you can contact us (details given below), and we will guide you through.
We aim to spread happiness and warmth in other people’s lives. And we would love to support you by putting in our best efforts – so you feel comfortable and cared for every day.
