Aged Care Providers Wiley Park

We all want to be happy. And we would like our parents to be happy as well. To be well-cared for, respected and comfortable.

And you or one of your parents might be at the age where they would like to have someone taking care of their needs. For example, reminding to take the pills on time or cooking a delicious meal.

That wish to see our loved ones content and at ease comes from our love and sincerity for them. And being sincere is one thing that we at Circle of hope services  are filled with. The care and warmth we promise you as your aged care provider in Wiley Park is not something that we take lightly.

We Are Different

And here are a few reasons why

Government Registered

As an approved provider under the My Aged Care Home Care Packages (HCP) program, we offer government-funded services backed by strict quality standards.

We Listen Before We Act

Our sincerity is reflected in our actions. From your first phone call, we take the time to understand what you need and what brings you happiness. The support plan we draw up and every recommendation we make is based on your comfort, not our convenience.

Flexible Timings and Schedule

We offer different types of care. Do you need us once a week? Daily? Permanently? Or only while you recover from a hospital stay? We have got you covered.

Clear Pricing Policy

We explain everything upfront, from government funding to any out-of-pocket costs. With us, you don’t have to worry about complicated paperwork or hidden fees.

A Friendly, Professional Staff

From registered nurses (RN) to Care Planning and Assessment Staff, the people on our team put in their best efforts, so you can receive top-tier support while creating an environment where you feel safe, respected and comfortable.

My Aged Care Scheme

We said above that we are a government-registered aged care provider in Wiley Park. But what does that mean? And what is the My Aged Care Scheme?

The government introduced the My Aged Care Scheme (which now also includes the Home Care Packages (HCP) Scheme) to provide affordable services to the elderly in Australia. It is particularly for those who have more complex care needs than what the Commonwealth Home Support Package can provide.

Who Can Qualify For The Scheme

There are a few requirements that you need to meet to qualify for the scheme before applying for the assessment. These are:

  • that you are 65 years or older
  • if you have care needs and are either:
    • an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person aged 50 to 64 years
    • homeless or at risk of homelessness and aged 50 to 64 years
  • what kind of and how much assistance you need.

You can also check your eligibility using the eligibility checker on the official government website. They will ask you a couple of questions to determine whether you qualify for the assessment.

I Meet The Requirements. What Next?

After getting the green signal from the eligibility checker, here is what you will have to do:

  • You can now apply for an online assessment.  It has two parts, both of which assess the needs and services that you would require.
  • Next, you will be provided a government fund based on your needs (as determined in the assessment) that will cover a part or all of your costs.
  • You can partner with an aged care provider in Wiley Park (like Circle of hope services ) who can help you regulate and manage the funds.
