Our Services:

We offer four levels of package (see Our Packages Page), each one catering to different levels of care needs and requirements. They may include some, or all, or even more services (not listed below).

1. Household Chores: We can help you out with daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up the house.
2. Personal Care: We also aid you in taking care of your personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing among other things.
3. Daily Tasks: We can help you do everyday activities like bathing, eating, and getting up/out of bed.
4. Health & Nutrition: We have cooks onboard who can prepare nutritious meals (based on the dietary requirements prescribed by the doctor), and also help you keep track of your daily water intake.
5. Skin Care: We have professional nurses to take care and help you maintain healthy skin and/or recover from any skin conditions you might have.
6. Movement Support: We are there to help you move around safely and confidently, whether at home or outside. We also provide mobility aids if you require them.
7. Clinical Care: We have expert staff to aid in wound treatment, monitoring diabetes, complex bowel care, dementia and other types of clinical care.
8. Transport Services: We offer safe transport for whenever you need to go, from doctor’s appointment to events held in the community.

Q2: Can you offer aged care at my home?

Yes, we do offer in-home care. Besides this, we also offer short-term care (e.g. for a few days or months) and aged care home services.
