Aged Care Providers Belmore

As we grow older, we might need some help. Perhaps to aid us in our daily chores or to remind us to take our medicine. That is where aged care providers in Belmore, like Circle of hope services , come in. We want professional care that is grounded in our sincerity and passion to support our elderly to lead a care-free, comforting and independent life.

What We Bring To The Table

·        A Commitment To Quality

As an approved provider under the Australian Government’s My Aged Care Home Care Packages (HCP) scheme, we give you reassurance that you will be well-cared for. We follow all the rules and regulations under the scheme to ensure that you receive only the best support.

·        Full Transparency

Choosing aged care is not an easy decision. And we get it – because we have helped hundreds of families walk the same path. We believe in transparency, honest conversations, and finding the best possible solution for your situation, not what’s easiest for us. We are upfront with everything – from the process to the services. You don’t have to worry about any hidden fees or over-the-top charges. All you have to do is bring the vibes – we will do the rest!

·        Local & Community Focus

We know all the ins and outs of the community. Want a quiet place where you can take your afternoon nap in the park? Do you wish to join a knitting club? Craving your favourite cuisine and want to try out a new restaurant? As we said, we know all about Belmore and its community. And we can help you stay connected.

·        Multiple Home Care Packages

We offer four types of home care packages based on your needs, budget and what you are looking for. If you qualify for a home care package, a budget is given to you. It is made up of a contribution from the Australian Government and your own. Together, these funds cover your care services as well as the package management costs to organise and manage your package services.
