A: You can call My Aged Care at 1800 200 422, book an ACAT assessment, and once approved, you receive a home care package eligible for onboarding.
Q2: How long does it take to start?
A: Typically, 4–6 weeks after ACAT approval and package allocation. We aim to start services ASAP, depending on your preferred start date.
Q3: Can I upgrade services later?
A: Yes. We regularly check in to adjust services – whether to increase assistance or add clinical support.
Q4: How much do Aged Care services cost?
A: The government funds most of the care. You have an optional ‘basic daily fee,’ plus any agreed ‘extra service’ fees. We explain all costs upfront.
