What Services Do We Offer?
We offer various
aged care services in Cecil Hills. Some people need full-time care, others need short-term support. Every person is different, and we’re here to support each journey with kindness and understanding. We listen first, then make a plan that matches the person, not just the condition.
Palliative Care
If your loved one is experiencing a serious illness or is nearing the end of life, we offer calm, respectful care. Our palliative care team ensures every person is comfortable, cared for, and surrounded by peace. At this time, small comforts, like a gentle voice or a hand to hold, mean a lot.
We also support the family during this emotional and practical time so no one feels alone. Our staff works hard, so every goodbye is filled with love and respect. And sometimes, it’s not goodbye. Palliative care can also support recovery, hope, and better days ahead.
Secure Dementia Care
Living with dementia can be confusing and challenging, both for the person and their family. Watching someone forget names, places, or even familiar faces is hard. But with the right care, there’s still joy, connection, and calm.
We offer 24/7 dementia care. Our trained staff is experienced in handling memory loss, mood changes, and daily needs with patience and love.
Respite Care
Are you a full-time carer who needs a short break? You may be planning a trip or need some time to rest. That’s where our
respite care service helps. We understand that caring for someone is a full-time job, and carers need rest, too.
We can care for your loved one for a few days or weeks, giving you peace of mind. During this time, they’ll enjoy the same loving care and support from our team members.
Respite care can also be a good “trial” for longer-term care. It helps them see how we can help them.
Help at DoorStep
At Circle of Hope Services
Aged Care Cecil Hills, we believe that care is best when it happens in the place people love most: their own home. That’s why we bring our support and services directly to your loved one’s door. They don’t have to move to a care home with us to feel safe, happy, and supported. We help make everyday life better by offering the following services:
- Fun weekly activities at home: We can engage your loved one in things like games, music, craft projects, and gentle movement, all adapted to what your loved one enjoys.
- Nursing care at home: Our nurses can visit day or night, making sure your loved one gets the medical help they need whenever they need it.
- Help getting out and about: We can assist with transport for shopping trips, walks in the park, or simple outings that bring joy and fresh air.
- Spiritual support: If your loved one wants to visit a church or have quiet time for reflection, we respect and support their beliefs.
