Aged Care Providers Pleasure Point

While aging might come with its own set of difficulties, that in no way means that you cannot enjoy life the way you deserve. It’s all a matter of having the right support who can help you, such as reminding you to take your medicine on time or cooking your favourite meal.

There are a lot of aged care providers in Pleasure Point, but it is our sincerity and compassion that sets Circle of hope services  apart from the rest. Because here, we are a family, and we treat each other as such – with warmth, care and respect.

Who Are We?

We are a government-approved aged care provider who has been supporting our elderly in Australia for quite some time now. Our mission is to aid you with your needs while helping you live independently on your own terms.

We listen. We understand. We help.

Whether you require assistance for a few hours a week or daily, why will do our best to make you feel comfortable while supporting you from the sidelines.

Why Choose Us?

It is not easy to choose someone who will look after your parent, partner, or even yourself. Trusting others is difficult – especially when it concerns our loved ones.

We understand that. And we work hard to earn that trust. That is why COH is the top aged care provider in Pleasure Point. When you choose us, you can rest assured that you or your loved ones are in safe and reliable hands.

But that is not all. Here are a few other reasons why we stand out from the rest.

  • Local Through & Through: We know all the ins and outs of the Pleasure Point community. From sharing a quiet spot in the park for leisure time to recommending a hobby club, you might be interested in joining. We got you!
  • Our Professional Team: We have on board Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EN), Assistants in Nursing (AIN), Care Support Workers and Care Planning and Assessment staff, who are highly skilled and ready to help you out with all your aged care needs.
  • NDIS-Registered: Not only are we approved under the Aged Care Scheme, but we also are NDIS-registered. What does this mean? If you or a loved one has both aging requirements and a disability, we can provide a plan encompassing both needs. So, you won’t have to juggle multiple providers.
  • Besides Our Services: Your mental health and social well-being are equally as important as your physical strength. That is why we also encourage you to participate and attend different social gatherings or get gentle exercise, music, and connection.

What Packages Do We Offer?

We provide four types of home care packages based on your needs, budget and what you are looking for. These packages include all the services listed above (or more).

If you qualify for a home care package, a budget is given to you. The budget is a contribution from the Australian Government and your own. Together, these funds cover your care services as well as the package management costs to manage your aged care plan.

Why Government Funding Is a Game Changer?

Most people are unaware that they can access up to AUD 50,000 annually for aged care services. But we are here to rectify that. As an approved aged care provider, we genuinely want to help you receive the best care as per your needs and get the most out of the funding.
