A: Once your package is approved, you can start services within 4–6 weeks. We try our best to start the service as soon as possible.
Q2: What are my costs?
A: The government covers most of the expenses for the support plan. You may have a small Basic Daily Fee and optional “extra” costs that will be discussed and agreed upon upfront, so there are no hidden fees.
A: Any extras beyond your approved package are optional and will be clearly explained by our professional consultant before the start of the service.
